About

I'm a southern transplant in Philadelphia exploring visual identity, language, and adornment.

Raised in South Carolina under the guidance of immigrant parents of both Chinese and Japanese descent has carefully rendered a particular taste and angle that my work reflects. Currently I am exploring abstracted designs as well as studying Japanese tradtional designs.

I started a more classical art training at the age of 15 in the SC Governor’s School for Arts and Humanities and continued my education at Tyler School of Art, studying Metals/Jewelry/CAD-CAM, Printmaking, and Art History. Soon I realized I couldn’t turn away from my deep fascination with tattoos and sought out a formal apprenticeship, in which I started tattooing in 2018.

I am a resident artist at Crown & Feather Tattoo Co., a private studio in Philadelphia and specialize in fine line, dotwork, and Japanese traditional influenced styles.
